Dive Courses

 Dragon Design new

Dragon Divers is set up for courses of all levels.  Experienced highly qualified instructors take small groups for all practical sessions and dives. The school has its own air-conditioned classrooms with the latest equipment to make lectures fun and theory easy to learn. Dragon Divers are particularly lucky in having a range of excellent dive sites for beginners all within a few miles of the Centre.   All confined water training takes place at Green Bay Dive Site which is 800m from the Dive Centre.  This doubles up for the early open water divers to depths of 12m before moving onto Konnos Point for the deeper dives.

Non of our training takes place in a pool making the training more realistic and helps boost confidence in divers early on in their training.
All our courses are fully-inclusive of equipment and dives. Registration fees are included up to and including Rescue Diver level.

Courses are managed by Dragon Divers’ Chief Instructor (Mick Smith) to ensure the highest standards are achieved by both instructor and divers.  All students must have an individual copy of the PADI material available for the course/training that they are attending.  Dive Centre manuals can only be used by eLearning students to overcome any internet connection problems, this is a PADI standard not ours!

Courses follow a basic structure of theory work/manual reading, training dives and confirmation dives.  Mick Smith (PADI Master Instructor) will ensure all knowledge reviews will be checked and exams completed (where required) before any certification can be processed.  All students will receive a temporary qualification card on completion of their course.  Although strict with standards, Mick will endeavour to make your learning experience fun and exiting.

Proof of your diving credentials will be required to carry out any PADI course with the exception of DSD, Scuba Diver (SD) and Open Water Diver (OWD), the foundation courses of PADI Divers.

Courses are split into 4 categories:-
